Differential MDx: 1) Lymphoma 2) Carcinomatosis 3) Severe, multifocal to coalescing generalized fibrinous peritonitis In this case, the alpaca had a squamous cell carcinoma of stomach compartment 2 that resulted in C2 rupture and also seeded the abdominal cavity with metastases.
