Signalment:13-month-old, male neutered, Bengal feline

History:Acute onset respiratory distress, labored breathing and lethargy that started that afternoon. Thoracic radiographs revealed a large volume of pleural effusion and suspect hepatomegaly. 200 ml of suspected chylous thoracic effusion removed.
