Signalment:8-year-old, spayed female, domestic shorthair
History:Fever of unknown origin, non-regenerative anemia, marked thrombocytopenia, mild neutropenia, lymphocytosis, monocytosis, and bilirubinemia. She developed icterus with clinically noted “highlighter yellow” serum. FeCOV, M. felis negative.
