Signalment:9-year-old spayed female Boston terrier

History:The patient presented for anemia, lethargy, and melena of 10 dayÕs duration.

Gross Lesions:The submitted 14 cm segment of jejunum contained a central, 3 x 3 x 2.5 cm, area of circumferential, mural thickening that was firm, white, and multilobulated on cut surface.
