Signalment:10-year old spayed Labrador Retriever

History:Facial mass and facial edema of one week. Febrile, had marked mandibular swelling on the right side, and respiratory congestion. CBC revealed hypoproteinemia, marked leukocytosis, and thrombocytopenia.
