Signalment:9 week old leatherback sea turtle (Dermochelys coriacea) hatchling

History:Multifocal yellow lesions were observed on the plastron during routine weight and measure. The turtle underwent routine laparoscopy for sex
determination on 8/22/2024. The turtle failed to resume regular feeding and died.
