Signalment:3-year-old, spayed female, domestic short haired cat

History:This cat had chronic gastrointestinal signs 4 months prior to presentation for necropsy. Proceeding arrival to UTCVM, the animal became acutely neurologic. On physical examination, the patient was hypothermic, had multiple cranial nerve deficits.
