Signalment:12-year-old male coachwhip

History:Small swelling near his right nare. A computed tomography scan performed revealed a right-sided ovoid soft tissue attenuating nodule causing osteolysis of the right nasal and maxillary bones with mild turbinate lysis in the nasal passage.
