Signalment:9-year-old, male, castrated, Chihuahua mixed breed dog.
History:Chronic, refractory cervical pain that had persisted for approximately 3 weeks, following a 4-month progression of worsening neck pain despite medical management. Decreased proprioception in both the right thoracic and right pelvic limbs.
