Signalment:11-year-old female spayed domestic shorthair cat

History:Regionally extensive ventral ecchymoses and marked peripheral pitting edema affecting the forelimbs and ventrum. Bilateral pleural effusion and thoracocentesis yielded 150 mL of serosanguineous effusion with clusters of round to polygonal cells.
