Signalment:A mature mountainous star coral in the Florida Reef tract
History:The colony experienced acute to subacute tissue loss affecting approximately 60% of the colony surface. Tissue loss was bordered by a 1 to 2 cm wide band of darky pigmented, lightly adherent membranous material.
