Signalment:8-year-old, female, spayed, Labrador Retriever dog

History:The dog began developing recurrent skin infections that responded to antibiotics. Then anulcerative lesion on the nose began as what appeared to be an abrasion and seemed pruritic initially. It slowly progressed and was nonresponsive to antibiotics.
