Signalment:11-year-old male neutered domestic longhaired cat
History:Progressive lethargy and increased respiratory rate and effort for 24 hours. Abdominal ultrasound showed multiple pancreatic masses, diffuse splenomegaly, and hepatic, jejunal, and colic lymphadenopathy.
