Signalment:Four-year-old, female, spayed domestic short-haired cat
History:Progressive cystic lesion in the maxilla ventral to the infraorbital foramen. Previously, an oral lesion was surgically removed by
the referring veterinarian, which was reported histologically as fibroplasia consistent with a nasal polyp.
