Signalment:13-year-old, male neutered, German Shepherd mix dog
History:Lethargy, inappetence, and recent inability to walk. Blood work performed by his referring veterinarian about 2 weeks prior to presentation
revealed increased liver enzymes. Radiographs performed at that time showed hepatomegaly.
