Signalment:Recently hatched, i.e. less than one-month-old, laboratory-reared, California two-spot octopus, Octopus bimaculoides

History:Found breathing very fast, and it was not able to swim. All of its arms were paralyzed. It did not ink when placed in MS-222 for euthanasia.
