Signalment:1.5YO spayed female Bassett hound

History:Four month history of "doing poorly" characterized by lethargy, anorexia, and weight loss. Initially mild dyspnea that increased in severity. A diffuse interstitial pattern with hilar lymphadenopathy was observed on radiographs.
