Signalment:Aborted male Boer goat fetus (estimated 140-145 days gestation)

History:Over a two-week period, a herd of fifty Boer goat does experienced six periparturient dam deaths and a total of eight late-term abortions, stillbirths, and neonatal kid deaths. Three remaining dams in the herd were noted to have diarrhea.
