Signalment:13-year-old, male neutered, mixed breed dog

History:Acutely non-ambulatory, which began two days prior . The dog became anorexic and exhibited vomiting. Blood chemistry revealed hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia, and elevated BUN, creatinine, ALT, ALP, and Tbil with clinical suspicion for liver failure.
