Signalment:Goldfish (Carassius auratus), unknown age, outdoor pond

History:Presented with an acute history of neurologic signs including circling and laying on the bottom of the pond. No other fish in the pond were affected.
Water quality in the pond had an ammonia level of 2.0 and alkalinity of 40ppm.
