Signalment:Adult sex-unknown north Pacific big eye octopus
History:Three adult big eye octopuses from the same enclosure developed multifocal to coalescing 1 to 3 mm white spots and progressive depigmentation of the mantle. All animals were hyporectic, and two of the three exhibited autophagy with loss of one or more arms
