Signalment:Unable to ambulate four days after falling out of the owner’s hands.

History:Unable to ambulate after falling out of the owners hands. Radiographs were obtained which showed a slightly irregularly margined transverse fracture of both femoral necks with slight cranial and lateral displacement of the femurs.
