Signalment:Atlas moth (Attacus atlas) caterpillars, recently hatched
History:Specimens were housed in net enclosures and provided with fresh branches of privet (Ligustrum spp.). Recently hatched caterpillars exhibited reduced activity, loss of righting reflex and anorexia before dying.
