Signalment:3-year-old, male castrated Doberman Pinscher

History:perineal hernia repair on 4/23/24 and was unable to urinate after surgery. On 4/29/24, the patient presented to the ER for anuria and lethargy. A large amount of fluid was reported around the prostate and a urinary catheter could not be placed.
